The Department of Law and Business Economics is part of the Faculty of Economics.
The Department's governing bodies are the Department Council, the Head of the Department (Director), and the Executive Committee (Giunta).
The Head of the Department is assisted in managing the Department's activities by the Delegated Administrative Manager (RAD), who is responsible for the Administrative Office and coordinates the Department's administrative and accounting activities. The RAD shares responsibility with the Head of the Department for the resulting administrative acts.
